About the Unit
This renovated home has central HVAC controlled via smart thermostat, LED lighting throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and multiple TVs for everyone in your guest list to watch and relax. In the backyard, we built a patio deck with a ramp in case you need a step free entrance to the house and also made sure that we have a step free shower in the master bathroom.
Delight in culinary pursuits in the full-sized kitchen, with a spacious island and barstool seating, and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. For your convenience the property has a separate washer and dryer.
PLEASE NOTE: This property has a finished basement unit that may be habited during your stay. This unit has its own entrance and driveway that is separate from the main house. Access between both units is blocked by two doors that are locked for everyone’s safety. In addition, in the back there is garage that can only be used by us as the hosts and we will not use while you are staying.
Finally, for your security we have installed cameras outside of the house that are recording at all times to protect you, your guests, and our property. There are no cameras inside the property.

Guests are expected to follow the following rules and may be removed from the unit if they don't.
Pets are not allowed, however service animals can be accommodated within reason. Please let your host know beforehand.
Events are not allowed and quite hours are in place starting 10:00PM.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed within the unit.
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
For stays longer than 28 days, Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
