About the Unit

The living room, a versatile space, boasts a cozy pull-out couch for additional guests. Delight in culinary pursuits in the full-sized kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, complemented by the convenience of a washer and dryer.
This is a fourplex property (Four apartments, one building) located on a corner lot. Parking lot is spacious and should be able to fit up to two vehicles per apartment. Prior to your arrival you will receive a keycode that is unique to you and only active during your stay. For your safety, there are cameras on the outside of the property that are recording at all times.
Guests will be able to access the shared back patio. Please note that the back patio is not big and it is shared by all tenants.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a night bar right behind the apartment complex that can attract foot traffic and nightlife activity on the weekends.

Pets are not allowed, however service animals can be accommodated within reason. Please let your host know beforehand.
Events are not allowed and quite hours are in place starting 10:00PM.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed within the unit.
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
For stays longer than 28 days, Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
